About Joe
Joe is a fine artist specialising in high quality custom artwork. Joe likes to work in a wide variety of styles, mediums, techniques and subject matter, not only to keep things interesting but to continually expand his skill base and experience.
After excelling in Art at school, Joe had the rare opportunity to study hands-on at The Merseyside Forum for Painting, Scultpture and Allied Crafts (The Forum) in Liverpool, UK.
Based in the famous Bluecoat Chambers, The Forum occupied the former studio of famous Liverpool sculptor Tyson Smith, continuing a legacy with over 100 years history. The Forum was founded by Liverpool artist Terance McGunigle (MA, Academia di Belle Arti in Florence, Italy) and specialised in a wide range of traditional and contemporary art techniques and skills, including: Fresco painting, stone carving, restoration, clay modelling and mould making, fibre-glass and resin sculptures.
Joe has completed projects for Jamie Carragher's 23 Foundation, Vodka Revolution and celebrity chef Simon Rimmer's pub The Viking.
